The textures echo the rock where these intriguing motifs are found. Achnabreac is found in Kilmartin Glen, Scotland which is full of amazing petroglyphs.
This dish is made from a white clay covered with grey slip then decorated using the sgraffito technique. The outside of the dish is glazed in ‘Speckled Oatmeal’ and the inside of the dish is waxed for protection.
